Sell Your Bus: Terms of Service
The Terms of Service to Sell Your Bus on BusTrader.com apply to the purchase of online ads that are offered through BusTrader.com. You acknowledge and agree that the vehicle you list for sale is (a) in your possession, (b) you have the right to sell and transfer the title to the purchaser, (c) you are willing to sell your vehicle at the advertised price and any other terms that may be specified within the listing, (d) you will not advertise more than one vehicle per listing, either by including details of other vehicles or by updating your current listing to advertise different vehicles, (e) once the vehicle is sold you will remove it from the site within 72 hours. Furthermore, (f) your listing will not be used to promote anything, including, without limitation, any product, service, or business, other than the one specific, unique vehicle that is being offered for sale, (g) BusTrader.com does not guarantee, warrant, or otherwise promise that your vehicle will sell on BusTrader.com, unless expressly stated within your ad package, (h) you will properly identify yourself as an individual seller or a dealer (a “dealer” is any individual, entity, broker, re-seller, up-fitter, or any other type of sales outlet that is in the business of selling vehicles) where a dealer, as previously defined, will be able to access BusTrader.com dealer inventory tools, (i) no user that is defined as a non-dealer is allowed to list more than 6 vehicles in a calendar year, (j) you will not use BusTrader.com for any fraudulent, false, illegal, or any other detrimental or deceptive activity, and (k) all content you provide and information you give is truthful, accurate, complete, and as current as possible (this includes, but is not limited to, up-to-date mileages, current running condition of the vehicle, and current photos and/or video of the vehicle).

BusTrader.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any vehicle ad, description, video, orphoto, without notice and without liability or providing a refund, should BusTrader.com deem that the ad, in whole or in part, not meet any of the aforementioned requirements and violate the restrictions in the previous paragraph or any other policy at BusTrader.com’s sole and exclusive discretion.

By using BusTrader.com, you understand that BusTrader.com is a virtual platform where buyers andsellers are able to buy and sell vehicles. BusTrader.com does not warrant, guarantee, or promise the accuracy of any buyer, seller, or vehicle. Furthermore, by using BusTrader.com you indemnify BusTrader.com from any legal action, and in no way will BusTrader.com be liable to you or anyone else for any damages arising out of the use of BusTrader.com, its advertisers, affiliates, promotions, or sites linked to BusTrader.com, including, but not limited to, consequential, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or damages or any other kind from any circumstance, even if BusTrader.com or any of its affiliates, contractors, or any person or people are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages.

BusTrader.com strongly recommends taking precautions to avoid fraud and scams.

Refund Policy
BusTrader.com does not refund the purchase of any ad, add-on, or other purchase after 24 hours, nor are refunds granted for vehicles sold within the 24 hour refund period. Refunds may be granted, at BusTrader.com’s permission for accidental duplication of vehicle listing.

Should a refund be requested, BusTrader.com must be notified within 24 hours of the purchase period by sending an email with the requesters name, company name (if applicable), physical address, telephone number, email address, and the last 4 numbers of the credit card used to purchase the ad.

If BusTrader.com grants a refund, a check will be mailed to your stated physical address within 4-6 weeks of the refund being approved.

Priority Listing Refunds
By purchasing a priority listing, you are agreeing to pay the price to upgrade your listing. Once this transaction has been submitted, this is a non-refundable charge regardless of circumstances or events within or outside of your control.
